Please continue to check your parcel's location via the tracking link click here, although this may not update for a day or two until the package gets to the destination. This will give you the most up to date information – unfortunately, our customer services team will not have access to anything that differs to the tracking details.

You can now collect and return orders from over 8,500 Evri Parcelshops!

As we now dispatch products available in our stores for our online orders, there may be instances where your order cannot be completed if you live outside of the UK. This also means these items are unavailable for express delivery, and you may see your order split into two on your order confirmation. You will receive an error message at checkout informing you if this is the case. If you have multiple products in your basket, you can still checkout if you remove the item dispatching from store.

*Furniture Delivery: Please note furniture items currently cannot be shipped to Northern Ireland, The Republic of Ireland, the Isle of Man or the Isle of Wight. Delivery of large furniture items may take 1-2 weeks from dispatch and are therefore not eligible for Next Day Delivery.

We deliver Monday - Saturday, excluding Bank Holidays. Although we use all reasonable means to ensure your order is delivered within the specified time frames, during busy periods (including sale) deliveries may take a little longer. We cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.
